Best Flour Ever !!!  Love this product !! The Flour is Light and fluffy, you can not tell the difference when baking. I have been severely Gluten intolerant for 8 years and although Spelt is not Gluten Free, this Flour has never given me any problems .

I have baked several different cakes with it and all turned out perfect. I love the nutty taste of the Hockley Valley Spelt Flour, definitely not your average Flour. My Gluten intolerant daughter can deal with this Spelt Flour much better than with regular Flour.
