Over the next year, put your baking ideas on paper
and come join us in the kitchen baking up a special cake.
The recipe for contest success is simple:
First Step – you need to purchase a bag of HOCKLEY VALLEY SPELT FLOUR – carried at Real Canadian Superstore, Loblaws and other grocery stores across Canada. For more information please contact us here.
Second Step – Create your SPECTACULAR SPELT CAKE recipe using HOCKLEY VALLEY SPELT FLOUR and other special ingredients for your wonderful cake.
Third Step – Take photographs in the kitchen during your process, along with the bag of HOCKLEY VALLEY SPELT FLOUR while preparing this delight.
Fourth Step – Once finished, take some photos of your beautiful concoction, along with some photos of you with your cake and the bag of HOCKLEY VALLEY SPELT FLOUR.
Fifth Step – Contact Deb Usher (deb.usher@arabelladesign.com) for an official entry form where you can submit your photos and additional information.
Cakes will be chosen based on originality, beauty and taste.
The participants that make it to the first round will have their cakes
baked by student chefs in our test kitchen.

FLOUR and lots of it – 10 large bags. – Enough to bake for the entire year!
You and your cake will be featured in ARABELLA Magazine and Recipe Book,
on the Hockley Valley Whole Foods website and ARABELLA Magazine’s website.
But that’s not all!

and restaurant packages with several options for you to choose from.
