Seed Bread
Ingredients:
• 6 ½ cups Hockley Valley Premium Light Spelt Flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 3 cups water
• 3 tbsp yeast
• 1/3 cup flax seed
• 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/3 cup sesame seeds
• 1 ½ tbsp honey
• ¼ cup safflower oil
Instructions:
• Start with water (approximately 78°), add honey and dissolve
• Add Yeast in (5 minutes to dissolve) add salt, and safflower oil
• Pour and mix dry ingredients in and knead for 15 minutes
• Put into a large bowl, cover with a damp towel for 45 minutes
• Knead again for 15 minutes (½ hour to proof)
• Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes
