Our Spelt Bread

  Ingredients:

• 1 ¾ cups of room temperature water
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 2 tablespoon Honey
• 2 tablespoon Molasses
• 4 cups Hockley Valley Premium Light Spelt Flour
• 1 ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 ½ packages of Instant yeast

Instructions:

• Use rapid bake cycle on your machine or bake as you would a rye bread if you are baking in your oven.

Yield: Makes 1 loaf.
